1. The solitary ground, which the petitioner now has raised in the present writ petition, is that though he has been paid his retiral dues, but his pension is not being paid to him as affirmed.

2. Considering the limited grievance, which the petitioner is raised and the fact that no specific reason also seems to be assigned for not releasing the regular pension of the petitioner, the writ petition itself is being disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall make a representation to the respondent No.2 in respect of his grievance within a period of 10 days from today and the respondent No.2 in turn shall consider the said representation and decide the same objectively intimating the petitioner as to the decision that has been taken on the said representation made by the petitioner within a

-2further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Court's order.
