By this petition, the petitioner has challenged rejection of her application for grant of compassionate appointment as dependent of the deceased employee on the ground that the petitioner is a married daughter. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this issue has now been decided by this Court in the case of Smt. Asha Pandey vs. Coal India Limited and others (W.P.(S)No.4994 of 2015, decided on 15-03-2016). 4.

Considering the aforesaid legal position, this petition, at this stage, is

finally disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's claim in accordance with the judgment of this Court in the case of Smt. Asha Pandey (supra).
