1. Thana Incharge Police Station- Patan, District Durg, (Chhattisgarh)

2. Shri Lokeshwar Nath Khobragarhe, Patwari, Patwari Halka No. 16, Tahsil Patan, District Durg, (Chhattisgarh) ---- Respondents Shri K.R.Loniya, counsel for the petitioner/s. Shri Satish Gupta, Govt. Advocate for the State. Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 12/05/2016 This petition, as ill-drafted as it could be, in substance, seeks relief in the nature of demarcation of land.

According to the petitioner, despite request made before the revenue authorities, demarcation has not been done. Reference is made to an application purported under Section 127 (3) of the Land Revenue Code made to the Collector. No such document is on record.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner has moved an application for demarcation, the same should be done. Instead of filing this petition before this Court, the petitioner should have availed remedy by moving application before the Tahsildar or Sub-Divisional Officer, Revenue of the area.

With the liberty to move application before the Tahsildar and SDO, Revenue for early demarcation, this petition is finally disposed off. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Deepti
