1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that for recovery of Rs.19,000/- the petitioner's entire salary has been stayed by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Durg by order dated 28.7.2016 (Annexure P/2) and he is not getting any salary.

2. Be that as it may, the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Durg

is directed to hear the matter on day-to-day basis and and conclude it within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the effect and operation of the order dated 28.7.2016 (Annexure P/2) passed by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Durg in Case No.E-64-02/2015 shall remain stayed subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.20,000/- before the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Durg.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. The Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Durg shall submit an affidavit before this Court that final order has been passed within the stipulated period as directed by this court. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge B/-
