(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

and decide the application of the petitioner for transfer in the light of Transfer Policy expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
