Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 3 1 /0 8 /201 (1) Learned counsel for respondent No. 2- C.G. State Power Distribution Company Limited (CSPDCL) would submit that the petitioner's land has not been taken and no construction is being made on the petitioner's land. He also submits that no electric pole has been erected on the petitioner's land and the respondent No. 2-CSPDCL is confining its construction on its own land, as such, no cause of action survives in favour of the petitioner.
