1. Despite specific direction issued by this Court in para 3 of the order dated 17-5-2017 passed in WPS No.2293 of 2017 that the petitioner's representation be decided afresh keeping in view of the orders passed in favour of other similarly placed candidates, the contemnor has passed the order without referring to the cases of similarly placed candidates.
2. Let the petitioner move a fresh representation before the contemnor within a period of three weeks from today along with
copy of the previous order as well as the present order and the entire copy of the writ petition. On such representation being filed, the contemnor shall decide the same within next three months.
3. Depending upon the outcome of the representation the petitioner would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.
