1. The order under challenge is one which is an appealable order under the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 read with Rule 3 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.
-22. Let the petitioner prefer a duly constituted appeal within a period of 30 days from today. In the event, such appeal is filed, the Appellate Authority shall decide the appeal on its merit at the earliest, preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of submission of the appeal.
