The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition is for a direction to the respondents No.2 to 4 for getting the property belonging to the petitioner situated in Khasra No.286/2 and 303/2 measuring 7.709 Hectares in Village Bar, P.H. No.10, RI Circle Sariya, Tehsil Baramkela, District Raigarh, be demarcated at the earliest. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the said application for demarcation was filed as early as on 01.05.2019, however though more than 1 and 1⁄2 years the proceedings are still pending. 3.

The State counsel submits that the matter can be disposed of directing the authorities to take a decision at the earliest, however, he submits that because of the rainy season the demarcation work is usually not carried out during the monsoon season.

Given the submissions made by the counsel appearing on either side and also considering the submissions made by the State counsel, this court is of the opinion that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents No.2 to 4 to take necessary steps in getting the property of the petitioner reflected in the preceding paragraphs demarcated at the earliest preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
