This revision petition has been filed by the husband is directed against the order dated 9.9.2011 passed by the Family Court, Camp Court, Katghora, District Korba in M.J.C. No.24 of 2010 whereby he awarded maintenance of Rs.700/- per month to the wife.

The main ground raised in this revision petition is that the Respondentwife had herself left the husband, she had gone away after telling her husband that she was going to the market. According to the husband, he went to the house of his in-laws but his wife was not there and she was living in adultery with somebody else. He examined no other witness to prove that the wife was living in adultery. Other than making a bald allegation of adultery, he has not led any evidence whatsoever in this regard except for producing some document which is alleged to be settlement arrived at before the Panchayat. No member of the Panchayat has been examined to prove

the said documents. Therefore, no reliance can be placed on the said documents.
