Agrawal Order On Board 19/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made complaint before respondent No.3- Collector, Bilaspur against the respondent No.5, who without any proper permission from the higher authorities is storing coal and constructing illegal crusher plant, but till this date no action has been taken by the respondent No.3 and therefore, a direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (3) Be that as it may, respondent No.3-Collector, Bilaspur is directed to look into the same and take necessary action in that regard expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
