1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the application for issuance of 22 points information.

2. Collector, Raigarh has filed affidavit in WPC No.2216 of 2017 (Tirpan Dhanuhar Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) stating that practice to seek certificate containing 22 points information from patwari has been discontinued, which has been relied upon by the State Counsel.

3. Accepting the statement of State Counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of.
