1. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for all the appellants in all the appeals seek to withdraw the present appeals at this stage, with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage, in case trial does not progress substantially leading to long pretrial detention.

2. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the appellants, we are inclined to permit all the appellants to withdraw the present appeals with liberty to revive their prayer in case there is no substantial progress in trial in another four months.

3. Accordingly, the instant appeals are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
