The petitioner Society has submitted an application before

respondent No.2 for conducting election, but respondent No.2 is not conducted the election of the petitioner Society. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that the petitioner's application has been processed and election would be conducted within six months from the date of receipt of the petitioner's application for conducting election.

Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to conduct the election of the petitioner Society expeditiously not beyond three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition financially stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
