2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.95/2020 registered at Police Station Arjunda, District Balod (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 (2) (n) (3) of the IPC and Sections 4, 5 (aB)/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3. Considering the age of the prosecutrix and the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
