The sole ground of challenge to the transfer order is based only on claim of personal accommodation on the ground of illness of petitioner's father. That cannot be a ground of interference in the writ Court, however, the

-2representation made by a Government servant against transfer, is required to be examined and decided by the competent authority in accordance with transfer policy dated 11.06.2016. It contemplates filing of representation and consideration. As the petitioner has filed representation, respondent No.1 should consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
