1. The matter is heard through Video Conferencing.

2. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.08/2021 registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau Branch, Ambikapur, District Sarguja, C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption (Amended) Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant's application under Section 167(2) of Cr.P.C. is pending before the trial Court for consideration, therefore, he does not want to prosecute this bail application and seeks to withdraw the same.

4. Permission granted.
