1. The limited relief that the petitioner prays at this juncture after arguing for sometime is that let the writ petition be disposed of directing the respondents 3 & 4 to consider and decide the representation which the petitioner has made in respect of his termination from service from the post of Employment Assistant (Rojgar Sahayak) in the year 2019.

2. According to the petitioner, he was terminated on account of his

getting implicated in a criminal case and the criminal case now vide judgment dated 10.09.2020 stands decided in favour of the petitioner wherein he has been acquitted of all the charges. Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the acquittal the petitioner has approached the respondents 3 & 4 by way of representation for reconsidering his claim for re-engagement as Rojgar Sahayak (Employment Assistant) as the said post is still lying vacant. However, there is no development on the representation that the petitioner has made.

3. Counsel for the State submits that since the prayer is only for deciding the representation, let the authorities take a decision on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 3 & 4 to take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for being reengaged as a Rojgar Sahayak in the light of the judgment of acquittal in his favour. Let the respondents 3 & 4 taken an appropriate decision strictly in accordance with the procedures governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
