The ground of challenge against the transfer order is that even though the petitioner never made any application for transfer, impugned order shows that he has been transferred on his own request. The allegation made in the petition is serious.

Respondent No.1/State, through a responsible officer, shall get inquiry made in the matter and appropriate decision be taken in the matter. It
-2is expected that the inquiry shall be completed within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

For a period of 30 days, the petitioner shall not be disturbed from his present place of posting.
