1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to prefer representation to the authority to consider cancellation/modification of the transfer order for certain personal difficulties and he may be permitted to prefer representation.

2. Considering the submission, the petition is finally disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file representation. If that is done, the same shall be considered by the authority within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
