Hon'ble Smt Justice Rajani Dubey Order On Board 27.05.2019 This Habeas Corpus petition is filled by Smt. Imtiyaaz Begam. The petition contains an allegation that respondent No.4Abhishek @ Banty Satnami had abducted minor daughter (Yasmin Parveen) of the petitioner and kept confined with respondent No.4 against her wishes. This Court had issued notices to respondents and the police was directed to produce the minor girl- Yasmin Parveen. 2.
Yasmin Parveen, minor daughter of the petitioner, brought before this Court by Anand Ram, Inspector, S.H.P. Pathariya and Umesh
Kumari Teta (287), Constable, Thana Pathariya from Juvenile Home. 3.
Yasmin Parveen presently appears before this Court. This court enquired from her and she appears to be quite emphatic in stating that she wants to stay with her parents.

Learned State counsel submits that a criminal case has been registered against respondent No.4 and now he is in custody. 5.
Since detenu Yasmin Parveen is minor and kept confined by the respondent No.4 unlawfully, this Court hereby orders that Yasmin Parveen be handed over to her mother Smt. Imtiyaaz Begam, the respondent No.4 shall not create any impediment in her free movement to go with her parents.
