Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner earlier served in the scheduled area for a long period but now, he has been again transferred to scheduled area. He further submits that petitioner has some personal difficulty.

It is apparent that the petitioner was earlier posted in the scheduled area. In the year 2002, he was transferred and posted in the non-scheduled area till
now i.e. almost 12 years. Now, he has again been transferred to the scheduled area. Therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter in this aspect. 3.
As far as personal difficulty is concerned, it is open for the petitioner to prefer representation before the competent authority within a period of ten days from today. The competent authority shall consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. 4.
