Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order impugned dated 03.06.2020 (Annexure P-1) is appealable under Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966 (for short 'the Rules, 1966'), therefore, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file appropriate appeal before the appropriate forum. In view of the submission made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
