1. Grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved an application before the respondent on 30.07.2018 for counter signature in regular stage carriage permit 2067/ RPR/ 2018 on the route Bhanupratapur to Raipur via Abhanpur, Dhamtari, Charama, Korar and one return trip which is pending consideration.

2. Without commenting upon merits of the case, if there is an application filed by the petitioner, the same has to be decided within a reasonable time.

3. Considering that the period of 10 months has already elapsed, therefore, it is directed that the petitioner's application shall be decided within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
