Agrawal Order On Board 24/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after due investigation made by the Crime Investigating Department against the respondent No.2, the police submitted the closure report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambikapur for which the petitioner has submitted his objection but no final decision has been taken on closure report by the concerned Magistrate.

(2) Be that as it may, the concerned Magistrate is directed to hear the complainant and his objection and thereafter take a final decision on the same expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
