Mr. Pankaj Agrawal, Advocate the learned Panel Lawyer for the respondents present during the course of the hearing is directed to enter appearance. The counsel for the petitioners is further directed to serve a complete set of writ petition to Mr. Agrawal. 2.

The limited grievance that the petitioners have is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not deciding the claim for employment in lieu of the land belonging to the petitioners, which was acquired by the respondents for mining purpose.

According to the counsel for the petitioners, upon acquisition of land, the petitioners have been duly paid with the compensation. However, thereafter their claim for employment part has not been considered by the respondents and the matter is still pending consideration before the authorities. It is the further contention of the petitioners that arising out of the same acquisition proceedings of the adjoining land, the respondents have already processed and granted employment to various other persons, but for some reasons the name of the petitioners has been left out or still pending consideration before the authorities.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioners have and also taking note of the fact that the matter has till date not been finally decided by the respondents, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents to immediately process the claim of the petitioners, so far as the claim for employment in lieu of land belonging to them which stands acquired by the respondents. 5.

Let an appropriate decision after due verification and inquiry required for the same be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 6.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
