Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 24/08/2016 The transfer order is under challenge on certain personal difficulties like the petitioner is suffering from certain ailments, there is an old aged mother to be looked after, children are studying in Raipur etc. It is also submitted that the petitioner had come to the present place on her own request in the month of July, 2014. Therefore, it is submitted that she should be allowed to continue at the present place for some more time.

All the grounds which have been raised do not warrant indulgence of the Writ Court. The petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it would be open for the petitioner to prefer representation before the transferring authority. In case, the petitioner prefers representation, the same shall be decided by the authorities according to the transfer policy, within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of representation.
