Appellant and respondent both are present today. On the last date of hearing the parties were granted time to explore possibility of amicable settlement and union, if possible.

We can note with great satisfaction that the appellant and respondent both have appeared in the Court today and filed the respective affidavits
stating that they have resolved all their dispute and are now residing together and leading a happy married life.

Consequently, the appellant/wife has stated in her affidavit that she is not willing to press the appeal either for grant of decree of divorce or against decree of restitution of conjugal rights.

Considering the aforesaid submission learned counsel for the parties and that the parties are also present in the Court and have expressed in that manner, supported by their respective affidavits filed today itself and before us, we are inclined to allow the appellant to withdraw both the appeals. 6.
Both the appeals are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Parties to bear respective costs.
