The present MCC has been filed for correction of father's name of the petitioner which has been mentioned as Bhajram Sahu instead of Panchram Sahu.

After going through the records, the PAN card, Aadhaar card and the revenue records, it appears that the name of petitioners father is Panchram Sahu.

The MCC is allowed to the extent that in the order dated

14.06.2021 passed in WPC No. 2157 of 2021 the name of the petitioner should be read as Jagnnath Prasad Sahu son of Panchram Sahu and rest of the order shall remain same. With the aforesaid observation, the MCC stands disposed of. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Jyoti
