The petitioner would allege non-compliance of the order dated 3.5.2017 passed by this Court in WPS No.2104 of 2017, whereby, the concerned respondent was directed to decide the petitioner's representation.

Considering the nature of dispute, the contempt petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondent shall now decide the representation within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
