At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the authorities for considering his representation Annexure P/5 which the petitioner has made to the respondent No.3.

Given the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondent No.3, who in turn shall take a decision on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, if it is permissible.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
