Agrawal Order On Board 25/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made application under Section 89 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code on 08.11.2016 before the respondent No.4 which has not been considered and decided by the said authority and therefore direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, Respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Ramanujganj is

directed to consider and decide the pending application of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
