Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 03/08/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to raise an Arbitration clause as contained in Clause-29 of the agreement between the parties within 15 days from today. 2.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner raises a dispute within 15 days, then the competent authority will proceed to decide the same in accordance with law and such a dispute shall be decided without raising the plea of limitation.
