This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.95/2020, registered at Police Station Dharamjaigarh, District Raigarh (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 376 (क) (ख) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to move again after examination of the prosecutrix.

4. No objection from other side.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated supra.
