Agrawal Order On Board 28/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation to the respondents No.2 & 3 regarding social discrimination under Section 3 of the Chhattisgarh Lok Sewa Guarantee Act, 2011 is not being considered and decided by the said authorities and therefore direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondents No. 2 & 3 are directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner

strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
