Agrawal Order On Board 28/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the State Transport Authority, Jharkhand has granted regular permit for the interstate route Kunkuri to Simdega via Tapkara, Kurdeg, Kinkel, Sewai to the petitioner for the period from 13.04.2017 to 12.04.2022, but as per provisions of Motor Vehicle Act, he moved an application for counter signature before State Transport Authority, Raipur, which has not been considered and decided till now and therefore, direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Since the petitioner's application for counter signature is pending consideration before the State Transport Authority, Raipur, it would be

expedient to direct the State Transport Authority, Raipur to consider the said application of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
