1. This petition has been brought being aggrieved by the order dated 12.01.2021 passed by the President District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Raipur.

2. Heard on submissions. The petitioner has an order in his favour regarding which he is seeking execution before the learned District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Raipur. Therefore, the prayer that legal representatives of deceased Branch Manager be brought on record is uncalled for. Whoever may be the Branch Manager at present can be proceeded against. Therefore, this present petition is dismissed at the motion stage.
