This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.5/2020 registered at Police Station Tapkara, District Jashpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 342, 376, 511 of the IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3. The applied has tried to commit forcible sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix, aged about 4 years. Her mother Bimla Pekra, who is present today through the Help Desk of this Court, has already been examined before the trial Court.

4. Considering the material available, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.
