Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 30/09/2015

1. The grievance of the Petitioner is against the order dated 11.07.2014 whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from Jagdalpur to Bijapur. He also seeks to impugn the order dated 31.07.2014 whereby the earlier dated 11.07.2014 has been slightly modified mentioning the transfer on administrative ground whereas, earlier order dated 11.07.2014 was passed showing his transfer on his own request.

2. By virtue of interim order passed in favour of Petitioner on 20.08.2014 he continued at the said place of posting i.e. at Jagdalpur.

3. At this stage, learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that they shall not insist upon the compliance of the impugned order any further, however they may have liberty to pass a fresh transfer order in case the need so warrants.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Sd/- (P.Sam Koshy) Judge inder
