1. The petitioner's removal from the post of Computer Operator is under consideration in the pending appeal before the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Tribunal wherein the present impugned order rejecting his prayer for grant of interim relief has been passed.

2. Considering the fact that the appeal is still pending before the said Tribunal, ends of justice would be served if the Tribunal is directed to decide the pending appeal expeditiously.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the Tribunal to decide the petitioner's pending appeal within a period of 3 months from today.
