1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner had moved an application on 31.12.2015 before respondent No.2 for grant of inter-State permanent stage carriage permit on the route Sidhi to Manendragarh VIA Chaupal, Madwas, Pondi, Patehra, Madisarai, Devgarh, Janakpur, Kelhari, Bijuri, Rajnagar, Khongapani, Jhagrakhand, the application has remained pending without any decision.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has come out

-2with a stale claim.

3. Be that as it may, if the petitioner had moved such application, it should have been decided one way or the other. This petition is therefore disposed off with the direction to respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's application within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
