Shri Raghvendra Verma, Govt. Advocate for the State. The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No.1750 of 2019.

On due consideration and considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioners, a strong case is made out for allowing MCC. Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed and as a consequence WPS No.1750 of 2019 stands restored to its original number. The petitioner should however ensure that defaults in the said writ petition be cured within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if required move appropriate application for the same failing which the order would loose its efficacy.
