Agrawal Order On Board 0 3 /0 8 /201 (1) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the Collector, Bijapur to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 04.05.2017 passed in W.P. No.3189/2000.

(2) Counsel for the petitioner may also make additional representation to the Respondent- Municipal Corporatoin and, in turn, Respondent-Municipal Corporatoin shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 04.05.2017 in its letter and spirit. (3) With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally disposed of.
