1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the

-2respondent authority to make payment of compensation or provide land in exchange.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land of the petitioner has been used for construction of road. He submits that even though the petitioner's land has been acquired, he has not been paid compensation nor any land in exchange has been provided to him.

3. The petition is blissfully vague. Neither the notification of acquisition has been filed nor is there any award. When was the land used for construction of public road or any road and by which authority has also not been stated in the petition.

4. On the basis of the pleadings which have been made in the petition, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
