This contempt petition is totally misconceived. The order passed was that the status quo be maintained. This order was passed on 25.11.2014. It is not disputed that the Petitioner had been relieved from his duties on 30.9.2014 as per Annexure-R/2, therefore, as on 25.11.2014 he was not in service. 2.

The contempt petition is dismissed.
