The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner against the non-compliance of the order dated 17.07.2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition(S) No. 2625 of 2015 directing the Respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months.

Learned Deputy Advocate General for the State submits that he
has received instructions from Respondent No.3, wherein they have decided the relief claimed by the Petitioner vide order dated 29.04.2016.

In the light of the decision taken by the State Government vide order dated 29.04.2016 so far as the compliance of the Court order dated 17.07.2015 passed in W.P. (S) No. 6525 of 2015 is concerned, stands honoured and as such the contempt does not survive. 4.
Let the order dated 29.04.2016 be kept in record. 5.
The Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 29.04.2016 for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law, if at all he still feels aggrieved.

With the aforesaid observations the Contempt Petition stands dismissed.
