1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade-III on 20.06.2005, thereafter, he has completed his 8 years of service on 20.06.2013 from the initial appointment, therefore, as per the circular of the State government Annexure P-1, dated 17.05.2013 the petitioner was entitled to get the revised pay scale from 20.06.2013.

Petitioner completed 8 years of service on 20.06.2013, however though he has put in more than 8 years of service, petitioner has not been granted the benefit of revised pay scale which has been extended to the other similarly placed persons who have completed 8 years of service. The petitioner completed 8 years of service in June, 2013.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents to process the claim for grant of benefit of revised pay scale on completion of 8 years of service in accordance with the circulars governing the field including claim of the petitioner so far as arrears are concerned.
4. Let a decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
