Agrawal Order On Board 18/06/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that notice dated 13.04.2018 has been issued by respondent No. 4 for removal of the constructions on the petitioner's land.
(2) Per contra, counsel for the State would submit that petitioner may file reply to that notice and the same will be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously. (3) Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to file reply to the said notice within a period
of seven days from today. In that event, respondent No. 4 - Tahsildar shall consider and decide the same within a period of 15 days from the date of filing of reply before proceeding further with the matter. The petitioner is also at liberty to approach before the Collector, Korba for redressal of his grievances. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
