1. By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks direction to take action against respondents No.2 to 4 and against respondent No.5 for violation of the Jail Rules.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation for redressal of his grievance to the Director General of Police (Jail), State of Chhattisgarh, who shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously.
