Hon'ble Shri Justice Gautam Chourdiya Order On Board 15/09/2021 1) Heard.

2) Both the aforesaid applications are being disposed of by this common order.

3) Applicant has filed these First Bail Applications under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail as applicant is in jail since 19/05/2021 in connection with Crime No. 532/2021 & 531/2021 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, Outpost Jutmil, Raigarh, District Raigarh (C.G.) for the offence under Sections 420, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

4) At the very outset, learned Counsel appearing for the State submits that the applicant has as many as 26 criminal antecedents, out of which 18 are under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code of the 2007 to 2020.

5) In view of above, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw both the applications with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

6) Accordingly, the both the applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
